Cheesecakes in Portland

I'm not very familar with Portland bakeries, but I'm hoping some of the lovely knotties that live in or know the area might be able to help me. I want to have cheesecake as my wedding cake, but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it.

What are some good yet affordable bakeries you know of in the Portland area that make cheesecakes?

Well there is Portland Style Cheesecake, which is the only one I know of that makes cheesecake that is decorated like wedding cake, but they aren't exactly inexpensive. It tastes awesome though.

I'm not too particular about it looking like a wedding cake. The big fancy white cake isn't really our style. Any other suggestions for local bakeries that make good cheesecakes?

I don't know about their cheesecakes, but the following bakeries always get recommended here:

    Pambiche
    Papa Haydn
    Lamb's Thriftway
    JaCiva's
    Beaverton Bakery

If you wanted to potentially save money over paying traditional bakery prices, you could get them from Costco or the Cheesecake Factory restaurant.

I love the Cheesecake factory cheesecake but they charge $50 for a cheesecake but its totally worth it! I LOVE their chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake my FH and I love it!
