help!!!!! New years eve wedding

Hey guys!!!! im having THE hardest time finding a wedding venue!!! i am HOPING for new years eve 2015 and want to stay under budget...i dont even know if thats possible BUT it is on a thursday but im sure ill be getting the saturdays rate everywhere. the problem im having is hotels are expensive, other venues or outdoors or have a 10pm curfew, HELP does anyone know of any hidden treasures??? thanks

Since its a holiday everything is going to be super pricey. Maybe try less traditional party locations. Some bigger libraries have nice rooms, community centers (may be more to decorate though), and some colleges have nice locations.
