DDB - is one pick up/drop off location ok? Also, best duration for meet & greet?

For ease of planning (and since people will be staying at all different hotels), I want the DDB to just pick up and drop off at Caesar's. Is this acceptable or would that be bad etiquette?

Also, I was going to book it for two hours the night before the wedding, but now I wonder should I do it for three? Most of my guests haven't been to Vegas, so I don't want the trip to go by to fast!

    I think 3 hours would be great. I think it gives enough time to see everything. Especially if it is a potentially busy time (Saturday/Friday evening). I also think it is fine to have pick-up/drop-off location be one location. I think it makes things easier.

    @hmgiffor Thank you! That sets my mind at ease. I can only imagine how stressed I'd be if I had to figure out where everyone was to pick them up LOL
