lolo! I remember you posting something a while back about potatoes. I believe you said you boil them with the peels on, them mash em, then bake them? Is this correct? What are the details? I would like to make them with dinner tonight!

Made em! OMG they're so good, and so easy! Thanks to the thread you started about leftover ricotta, I had made that rosemary ricotta bread dip and then had leftover rosemary. So I chopped it up and put it on the potatoes along with a little garlic powder.

Let me just repeat: OMG so good!

I told FI where the recipe came from and he goes "I FUCKING LOVE THE KNOT!" haha
