I don't think there's anything wrong with essential oils...but they sure as shit don't cure diseases or cancer.  :-/

Nothing is wrong with oils at all.  People are just rabid about that shit.  It's crazytown.  And Heffa's exSIL sounds like that kind of crazy.

Yes, the last 9 years of my life have been wasted. Thank you to this woman, I am finally free of the pharmaceutical giants because someone has the courage to point out that cancer can be cured simply by honey and cinnamon. It is a lie that there are multiple pathways that cancer develops and grows from and that targeting these multiple pathways will lead to better treatments. A lie.

Well, if you make a cancer patient take the cinnamon challenge and send them straight to the killer bee hive to get their unpasteurized honey straight from the source without the protective gear....semi-confident they won't be dying of their cancer.

I feel you on this one.  FI was loaned a book by the camp cook on how being a vegetarian cures cancer.  We had several discussions on it, and he didn't take me seriously until I showed him an article about how these people who'd been "cured" by him and his diet were now in terminal stage cancer.  It's really sad.
