There are many more steps after the offer letter is accepted. Until you have the keys in your hands, anything could happen. Obviously I hope you get it, just be a little prepared that the next month or two you're not out of the water yet.

So, so, so true!

I spent a year from looking to closing, and the house I saw in October, we FINALLY CLOSED in March!

I always want to warn people, you are still at the very very very beginning!!  I decorated so many houses in my head before the one I bought :-P

Hey guys! So we 'got the house' whatever that means, but next is the inspection. Our close date is set to February, so that's good. It's honestly a little anti climactic, because while all I wanted was to cross this step, now I see the next step and the next step and the next.
