so after a year plus in the making, my dress is finally coming along..I purchased a couple dresses , but ended up having regret. so decided to have it made from scratch . I am 29 days away from my big day and i went for what i thought would be the final fitting last night.. However, straps need to be shortened due to weight loss and we changed the bustle.. so after much up and downs in both weight and changing design, purchasing fabrics and such here she is so far… i will add that the train goes about 6-8 feet behind the dress however this one was taken with it bustled. It is so much better and sparkly in person.. but I'm horrible at taking pics..

Are you doing a detachable train from back waist or bustle, or what?
I love seeing a dress come together like this. If you have in mind an image you cannot match in this year's dresses on sale in your budget, a good dressmaker can listen and get it right for you.

I did a sort of bustle. the seamstress said she never saw on how i described. it is invisible. it will continue along the line of the dress when it flares out and will just look like more poof.. I am also picking up my reception dress tonight... ill take pics this weekend

You spent a year having one custom made- why would you change out of it? The second one is pretty, I just don't know why.

i am concerned it might be too heavy to drag around all night.. i am only 4'10  i wanted a back up just in case. I may not change but it will be there just incase.. i plan to wear as long as possible thou .
