Writing guest's date's name on Save the Dates?

About ready to start addressing my save the dates, yay!

I have a few guests that we’re sending STDs to who are in pretty new relationships. Do I address the STD to the guest and their new boyfriend/girlfriend by name? Or just “and guest?” Or nothing at all for now and then include the SO’s name on the invitation?

Sorry if my post is confusing. So for example, my friend Mark is dating Julia and they've been together for about 5 months and don't live together. When I address Mark's STD do I write:

Mr. Mark Smith

Ms. Julia Jones

Mark's address

Mark's town, state, zip

or

Mr. Mark Smith and guest

Mark's address 

Mark's town, state, zip

or 

Mr. Mark Smith

Mark's address 

Mark's town, state, zip

... and then write Julia's name on the invitation come invitation time.

No you do not have to include the SOs name on the STD.  You could if you want but it isn't necessary.

If you do include the name know that if they break up then you don't have to still invite that person's SO, because that person is only being invited because they happen to be in a relationship with your guest.  Of course this would be different if both people in the relationship would get an invite regardless if they are dating that person or not because they are your friend first.  Does that make sense?
