I just got the rest of our pictures back.

You guys, I'm sitting here crying at my desk. They are so amazing, and they took me right back to the day. I'm a mess. I feel so lucky to have had that beautiful day, with a man I'm madly in love with. When I think back to my first wedding, I was so miserable. My happiness that day was so forced. This time around, there's no denying the joy in our faces. I just can't believe it. I'm in a happy little wedding bubble. 

I have NO CLUE how I'm going to pick just 50 for an album.

Yay! We got our full DVDs yesterday too. There's no way I'll be able to choose... I might just give her a list of which people are family (to help prioritize the party time pictures - more family/fewer coworkers) and ask her to pick.

Oh! I forgot! All of you brides-to-be - do not worry about the ugly cry! I ugly cried all during the toasts. And after. I was super emotional that day. And the pictures are touching and funny. I'm so glad I just let myself feel all the emotions.

I'm glad so many brides say to just embrace the ugly cry.. haha I'm such an emotional person, and I have been so afraid about ruining my pictures because of my ugly cry... but now that I've seen so many brides here say that they just let it go and their pictures were great that gives me hope!!

I'm with @plainjane0415 on hearing this. I ugly cried the whole way through the proposal (and the pictures are hilarious) so I doubt I'll be able to keep it together for the ceremony. 

It's a relief to hear you love ugly cry pictures and can relive your emotions through them.

Oh man the ugly cry.  I was MOH at a wedding once and I ugly cried during my entire speech. It was bad, but the pictures didn't look horrible.

I see people posting all the time about "ugly crying". Is there such a thing as "non-ugly" or "pretty" crying. Because I look ugly every time I cry. Every.Time. Who are you magical people who have a pretty cry? Do you ride unicorns to work?

Haha. I was sobbing in front of a friend one day, and she said, "I'm sorry. I really hate to say this when you're so upset, but... your eyes look SO PRETTY when you cry." It actually made me laugh, so I loved her for saying it.

Anyway.

I want to see the pictures, CB! I hope you get your disc soon.

I am glad that you all say that it's ok to let your emotions be seen.  I am such an emotional person and I know I will be tearing up as my dad walks me down the isle, during our vows if we do say them, during my dad's speech, and other places I am sure.  I watch proposals and toasts online and cry.  I am such a sap.  I am glad my FI is accepting of that.  He knows there will be tears.
