No saved vendors?

I have saved vendors through TK phone app and on a desktop.  When I look at my vendors page, I can see them, but when I go to add the vendor for my dress on my bride page, it tells me I don't have any saved vendors.  It does this on a few other pages as well, always telling me I have no saved vendors, but I can see them on my vendors page.  I am doing something wrong? Or saving them wrong?

    Really sorry about the issues you're having, can you give me a little more detail about what pages they aren't showing up on and if it's on one of the apps or on desktop?

  • Yep! It's only on the desktop.  When I click on "My Knot"  then down to "Wedding Details", then "The Bride" at the very bottom of the Bride page, it says My Bridal Gown Salon: Add your vendor pick.  When i click on Add your vendor pick, it tells me I have no saved  vendors.

    This is the only specific example I can find right now, but it's happened on other places when I want to add a vendor.
