Not receiving e-mails

I have created a new e-mail address dedicated to my wedding, and so in return I requested to have my "personal" e-mail address account closed, and I created a whole new account. During this transition, because I know it can take some time to remove my "personal" e-mail address from all systems, I am still receving e-mails there. The primary issue is that I am NOT receiving ANY emails to my wedding e-mail address. I have checked spam as well, and I cannot figure out why!! I want to receive all of the vendor e-mails as well as the e-mails from the knot!!!! Thank you!
