So I have this weird pop up on the side now that says "The Knot Venue Concierage" Find me a Venue!

How do I make this go away? Cause I already found a venue. And used it. Sans TK.

Mine is Jersey too. Nope. Not even close to Jersey. Nothing about my state resembles Jersey.

So they only offer to find you a venue in NJ?  And I am sure that venue has to pay to get the TK to recommend them.  So, basically this tool is a piece of shit.

Kelsey is my personal Concierge, she wants me to tell her about my style and vision.

Except there appears to be no way to actually talk to her. No chat box, no email, nothing to click on.

So if I did need a venue and lived in NJ...this would still be totally useless.

TK...stop trying tech. You aren't good at tech. Just stop.

This interface SUCKS.  Even if I wanted a venue in Jerz, I can't get to talk to anyone.

Yep, it's almost as annoying as the beta site ad.  Like, yes, please pop down right as I'm clicking "chit chat" so that my cursor hovers over "budget weddings" instead.  I haaaaate drop down and pop-up ads.  Which is what these both are, imo.

It is fine if it pops up (IMO), but a little x in the upper right hand corner would be nice to make it go away or minimize it or something so that if I don't want to see it I don't have to.

Also, if it isn't fully ready or capable of working properly you probably shouldn't have it up on the site.

Agreed. It isn't it's very existence that gives me totally unnecessary rage. It is my inability to make it go *poof*.

Yes I have no problem making it go away with a little X or something but...I can't make it go away.
