Facebook selfies.

Ok, so I am all for getting dressed up and maybe having a picture or two taken with my friends or oh on a night out, once in a while if I change my hair my oh might out a picture of me posing on Facebook. But what the hell is it with people posing, for the sake of having their photo on Facebook just so they can be told they look good, right love I get it you are hot good for you, for their is some girls on Facebook who literally put the oddest of selfies on, one girl she's getting ready for bed, selfie?? She's getting herself some lunch, selfie of her looking rather quite normal in mcdonalds?? Not to be a bitch but just because it's Christmas these are increasing tenfold!! Grrrrr Does this wind anybody up chronic or am I just being hormonal and bitchy??

Pics people post of their food bother me far more than pics posted of themselves. I'd much rather see your "getting ready for bed" selfie than your closeup of the congealed gravy on your plate.

OMG thank you! I feel like 99% of the food pics on facebook seriously look like dog barf and make me so nauseous.

Yeah, but there's a point where people abuse the LOOKAMEEEEEE-ness of it.

I went to college with a girl who posts 3-5 selfies a day. She was diagnosed with cancer, and it apparently became 10-12 selfies a day, hashtagged with toosexyforcancer.

There's a lot more to her cancer stuff (bitch is fucking crazy), but there is definitely a line between 'kind of irritating' and 'JUST STAY IN THE BATHROOM LOOKING AT THE MIRROR, I don't need to see you all the time because seeing yourself in the feed makes YOU happy'

I'm not friends with any constant selfie people, so luckily this is a non-issue for me.
