My website is still there. This is getting very annoying as we found one we could put a lot more information on and that's going live this week. We want rid of the knot one, but despite emailing through the correct channel and posting here before and being told it would be deleted...ITS STILL THERE!! Seriously, why is this so difficult?!

I've just checked your account and it's still deleted. If you're seeing it on search results the time for that coming off varies, but unfortunately that's an issue with the search engines.
