I can't get my guest list to upload at all. It keeps telling me "an unknown error occurred." I literally downloaded the sample file in .csv format and copied and pasted names and emails into it (that's all we have so far). Nothing is working and I'm about ready to quit The Knot entirely.
Recently, my guest list stopped letting me add addresses. I've cleaned out my cookies/browsing data multiple times, but this hasn't helped the issue. When I try to add an address by clicking on the data, I can enter it in but pressing the "save" button does nothing (whereas pressing the "cancel" button works immediately.) If I try to enter addresses using the missing addresses filter, I see a red circle with a line through it over the address form. I'm using Google Chrome.
