Springs Preserve and/or Scheme Events Full Day Coordination

My fiancé and I are set on a destination wedding (due to both being military and currently in different locations around the world). My top choice now is the Springs Preserve (fiancé grew up in Vegas) and to hire Scheme Events for full planning coordination. I may have to deploy during the planning time so will need the extra coordination help!. Any recent advice from brides/grooms that have dealt with the venue or Scheme for full planning would be awesome!

    Hi! I am getting married at Springs Preserve on 11/12/15 and am using Scheme for day of coordination.  So far, both parties have been very responsive and helpful even after asking a zillion questions.  You have to use the Springs Preserve caterer, which is Divine Events.  Divine has also been very responsive.  We ate lunch at their cafe and it was delicious so we are hoping for some great food. 

    It is a little tricky having to hire all of our own vendors but if you are using Scheme for full coordination, they will take care of a lot of that for you.  So far we have contracts with Black Chicken for photography and Peachy Keen for the officiant. 

    We are having the ceremony at Gardens Arboretum and the reception in the Frame House.  If you have any specific questions, let me know!
