The Knot Shop Customer Service

Hi everyone! I ordered some things from The Knot Shop during their big end of year clearance sale and, unfortunately, received some wrong items. I sent an email to their customer service team over a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. I am wondering if anyone else has had this same experience with The Knot Shop or if something went wrong with their receipt of my email. I have not called them yet because I live in South Korea, and I don't particularly want to call them in the middle of the night.

  • I had some issues not receiving some items I ordered during their Black Friday sale. A few weeks after I ordered them, they sent me an email saying they weren't available. I responded saying they should honor the pricing for similar bags but in different colors. I still haven't heard back from them.

  • I got a message from them for some items I ordered on black friday sale, and they said they wouldn't be here for Christmas (they were gifts).  I called and complained, and they still said there was nothing they could do.  But, I did receive them on the 23rd.  So, maybe give them a call?

  • I had a bad experience as well. I ordered items on that Saturday/Sunday of that weekend and was hoping to get the items by Dec. 12. After a week went by I reached out to their customer service via email and they got back quickly. However they mentioned a different processing time and expected delivery than what was on their website/receipt (3-5 business days changed to 5-7 days processing and 7 days delivery). They said to call if I wanted to cancel the order. I tried calling and didn't get a response. Needless to say I got the items purchased closer to Christmas. I had to buy from other companies to get the items I needed for our party on time. Buyer be aware - the knot takes forever to process and ship, so plan and shop accordingly.
  • Ugh. This is what I was afraid of. I still haven't received a reply to my email, and it's been over two weeks now. I called them a few days ago and left a voice mail because the time difference is so extreme, but it looks like I'm going to have to stay up late and call them during their operating hours. Frustrating! I checked with the Better Business Bureau, and they're not even registered. I learned my lesson I guess. Never again!

  • I'm in the same boat. I ordered a bunch of things on Black Friday with no luck. I still haven't received my items!
