Has anyone been to a wedding at the Chinese Gardens in Portland?
I'm planning an early October wedding, so I'm particularly interested in how cold and wet this place is when it rains. A lot of the event space consists of covered pavillions and foot paths, but I'm worried that if it rains, I may not be able to avoid dragging the train of my rented La Sposa gown through a puddle or two. The event coordinator I met with was recounting a recent wedding where the bride was literally wringing out her gown as she made her way to the getaway car - yikes!
