Do you ever get hip cramps in the part on the inside of your leg next to your ginie from having your legs spread wide for so long? IT SUCKS

I get those damn cramps in teh arch of my foot and it is one of the most painful things. The only thing I have been able to narrow it down to is when I wear shoes with no support (specifically ballet flats).

Putting weight on your foot when you have those sucks butts, but it helps. If you don't want to get out of bed, massage your foot with a tennis ball. Sounds weird but it helps so much.
