Ceremony site in/near Wayne, PA or Malvern, PA?

I have my reception set at the Saturday Club in Wayne PA, but it doesn't have an outdoor space for a ceremony. I was looking for something woodsy/natural and am having real trouble finding anything that is doable. I've contacted about 20 parks in the area and visited more by driving around and checking. The one place I've found in my price range and that is viable is going to be doing construction around the time of my wedding, so there's no guarantee I won't hear the bang of hammers and the buzz of saws during my nuptials.

Does anyone know any little piece of nature near that area that is a viable ceremony site? Camps? State parks? Somebody's giant backyard??

The Wharton Esherick Museum, Valley Forge Park, Tredyffrin Twp Parks (http://www.tredyffrin.org/services/parks-recreation/township-parks-and-open-space), there used to be an old mill on N. Valley Road off Swedesford Rd., but I can't find out anything about it now - whether it is still standing and who owns/manages it - we used to ride our bikes down there 30+ years ago and at that time the property was publicly accessible (http://millpictures.com/mills.php?millid=364).

No idea if any of these places is open to rentals and what they charge, but grew up in that area and is what I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck.
