Universal Life Church accepted?

A good friend of ours just got engaged and has asked H to officiate her ceremony. Of course H would love to, but he is not ordained. Does anyone know whether Ohio accepts Universal Life Church ordination? I looked it up on the church website, but the instructions for registering in Ohio were clearly wrong (our minister was from out of state and we had to have him register here, so I know the process), so I don't trust the ULC website for accuracy on this one. Ohio definitely recognizes the Universal Life Church. You have to order the Ohio "packet" from the ULC, then submit that with the minister application to the Secretary of State. Good luck!
