Hi, I'm new on this board. I'm getting in shape before I try on dresses in late spring/early summer.
I take a Combat Fitness class at the local taekwon do academy. I haven't been in over a month. Went yesterday. It was just me in the class and the instructor really let me have it. I told him after my daughter's tkd class last night that I'll only be in today if I can move in the morning. Well, I can move, but barely. So, I decided to not go. Going from sitting to standing and even going up and down stairs is painful. I can feel the pulling in every single one of my leg muscles. I don't want to overdo it and put myself out of commission for an extended time. I'm planning on doing some yoga (and some housework/purging) to try and loosen my muscles for tomorrow.
