Hello knotties. I ordered some favors from The Knot Shop on the 13th December 2014 and I haven't had any status updates or responses yet!! I've emailed customer support several times and no deal. Have any of you guys had this problem?

Has anyone ordered the personalised playing cards? They are super cool... we are getting the sets with the Vegas sign so I really hope nothing is wrong with the order.

Any advice or contacts that I can follow up with?

    I am in the exact same boat. My order was December 15th- no response to my emails or phone calls!
