SO I finally bought my dress! It should fit when it comes in because every dress I tried that was my size fit perfectly, except height of course (short girl problems!), and we were able to order it shorter so no extra cost to shorten it!! I am super excited!! I have to resist showing everyone the pictures.. but I am able to show you guys!
so here is my vent: I had this appointment scheduled since the beginning of January it was this past Saturday the 31st... I made sure everyone that I wanted to attend would be able to make it. so last weekend my mother (who has been all about being there when I tried on dresses) decided to go on an impromptu vacation (not for work). she promised she would be back in time for the appointment. I expressed to her this was a trunk sale I am not able to reschedule. I called her Friday night at 9PM (the appointment was at 11AM Saturday) and didn't make it about the dress stuff or anything wedding, but asked how the drive was going and where where they. she was still 16 hours away hadn't started driving yet.. stating how they were planning on driving all night so they could make it to the appointment. then Saturday at 10:45am she texts me and says "we are not going to make it we are still in GA".. Now, I knew Friday that they wouldn't make it, but a text 15 minutes before the appointment REALLY?
and side note: she was suppose to help me get a photographer but the guy that she wants me to use will not talk to me, and I have tried to schedule engagement photos 4 times and they have bailed 4 times.. like we were dressed and ready to leave and lucky I called her before we left the last time.. and all the reasons were she took my little brother and sister to an amusement park (they have season passes).. or he had Bengals tickets and is at the game.. I am beyond frustrated, also she got a vender to call me a BRIDEZILLA at a bridal show.. now how am I supposed to not feel like I am not one every time I talk to her..
ok ok I know that was a long rant but I am really upset that the easiest/most fun part is the hardest/least fun part...
