So I'm clearly behind the times and just started using Pinterest. It's pretty fun and I'm having a good time "pinning" stuff. It's also fun to snoop on my friends' wedding boards! It makes me excited that perhaps an engagement for them is in the nearish future!
But the downside...
It includes such lovely MOD duties as:
- Help address invites, save the dates, etc
- Make your contact information available to guests, friends, and family for wedding questions (gifts, events, etc) so that the bride is not stressed out
- Encourage guests to sign the guest book and to grab a drink while they are waiting
Uh...How about no.
Am I supposed to jump in and direct my wonderful friends to proper etiquette? Or do I just keep my mouth shut unless they ask for help? When I see an engagement post on FB I generally try to direct them to TK (since we're, you know, AWESOME) but UGH. Just UGH.
