Hi Everyone-

I am so sorry there are a few issues going on with the RSVP functions and edit features for your wedding websites, but I have received an update.  

Our tech team is working around the clock to get this resolved and we are hoping to see these fixed before Friday morning. We know this is urgent for you and your guests and we are making it a top priority.

Hi Everyone,

I've just received word from tech that everything with the wedding websites and RSVP's should be fixed at this point. If you are still experiencing issues please contact our customer service number at 1.877.335.5252.

  • still cannot upload any photos, I hope all of these bugs get worked out before my guests need to RSVP!
  • Thank you for this. Any chance at all the tech team could put up a message explaining there is a technical issue and asking guests to come back on Friday (to avoid brides having to respond the same thing to lots of emails of guests asking what the error message is about)?
  • I agree, there should be a message to guests explaining to come back Friday. Guests have been trying to RSVP for two days now
  • Completely agree with the message needing to be on there. I'm getting bombarded with emails from guests trying to respond.
  • yes agree with this , also I have guest saying that they where able to RSVP prior last week but I do not see any updates with the RSVP ( this is a problem ) because now I have to cross check everyone.

    is there a way that the tech team can make sure that the system push any information that we may not have received due the server issues??

    For the past few months I haven't been able to properly update my website. I *really* want to update it so that I can share it with my family and friends before my wedding. I hope you can help me. :(

    When it first started happening I noticed a long list of products from the shop appeared under the cancel, preview and save buttons. This list wasn't there before... or at least I never noticed it.

    I found that I can get the page to save if I stop the product list from loading by clicking the "x" button in my browser (Firefox). Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. But I know that if I allow the page to load completely, the save button never works. Only the preview button works for me.


  • When will we be able to upgrade our websites to the new styles? It doesn't seem fair that those who have purchased a domain can't use the new layouts!
