Flower girl outfit suggestions needed

My niece is going to be my flower girl and is very excited for it.  She said she wanted a long dress and long gloves and I was hoping she would forget about it but apparently she hasn't.  In addition to the gloves she also wants a tiara now hehe.  In lieu of just purchasing a Disney princess costume I am trying to find a dress style that would work with the gloves because while I can't say I love the idea, if she really wants it who am I to take that away from her   well at least the gloves, long dress I'm not sure what I will find, maybe tea length or something.  She will be 6 for the wedding.

Any suggestions for dresses that might work? As in would a certain strap type be better, like a thicker strap but sleeveless vs spaghetti strap?  I'm hoping to find the dress at a non bridal store since at David's Bridal the flower girl dresses are all about $100 (I know they have some on clearance but worried about her size because she's been changing sizes a lot lately).

Look at the stores now, Easter dresses and first communion dresses are out. Also check out Kohl's (big department store here in midwest not sure if they are country wide) online, they have flower girl dresses available there but not in the store. If you watch for their sales you can get great deals. Right now they have some on sale for $25.00

I actually just ordered one from Kohls, not sure it would work with gloves though but it was $12 after coupon so I ordered it just in case.

I got nothing for that style motif, (our flower girl is wearing a babydoll type dress and a flower crown) but I would suggest checking ebay for dresses.  You'd be surprised at how many people are wanting to get rid of them, and for good prices!

@novella1186 is the 2nd one down (blue dress) from Carson's? I can't find it on there for some reason but I love it.  no specific color it has to be although probably either blue or pink or white/ivory

I definitely prefer a wider strap for little girls. Spaghetti straps just seem too sexualized to me. 

My FG really wanted to wear her Princess Elsa dress. I would have let her but her mom vetoed it.

www.pinkprincess.com has some really cute stuff, is pretty affordable and has great reviews. Easter dresses are a great suggestion too. Just be careful of ordering anything too early; you don't want to be burned by a growth spurt!

Etsy has a lot of really cute flower girl dresses!  That is where I got ours.

I agree with thicker straps. My flower girl's dress came from Kohls. It's fairly simple, just lace. She likes it but wants a "pinker and sparklier" sash lol so I'm getting one from Etsy she can wear with it.
