Big Wedding, small budget... venue/package ideas?

I am looking to have a wedding for a little less that 150 people and my budget is 15,000. Any suggestions as to a venue and package? My aunt is making my dress and I am doing the bouquets myself.  The center pieces will be thrifted.

Any ideas?
