Gorgeous! and I like those earrings with it--and think a simple necklace would look nice as well.

As for the strapless bra, I am a 34DD so definitely wanted a bra vs. sewn in cups.  I went with a seamless strapless corset from Fredricks of Hollywood.  My local store did not have them in store so I had to order online, but was able to return what I didn't want (free return shipping).  (I ordered 3 to try with the dress).  The smooth was definitely the better way to go and it was comfortable.

The Spanx are style 2433, the tag says high-waisted mid-thigh super-duper slimming. I believe they were $78 at Nordstrom. I never owned shape wear prior to this so it was a much needed purchase.
