I am trying to help a friend plan her sister's bridal shower. They are expecting about 60 people and need to keep it under $1500 for everything. Any suggestions of halls to rent and bring in catering, or restaurants that would be under $25 pp (including tax & tip)? They live in Seaside so somewhere in that area is preferable.
