Personal website not working

Is anyone else having issues creating or editing their personal website?  The entire process is riddled with issues for me.  I can't change my photos.  I can't update my theme.  I can't even hide the site.  I literally click the option and nothing happens and I end up stuck on whatever page I'm on.  My fiance is a developer and started messing with the site trying to find a workaround and said he was finding all sorts of problems with the site.  He tried contacting customer support a month ago and a week ago and never got a response.  If we can't even create a personal site then we'll just use another website builder.

    Is there an estimated time when it will be fixed??  I can't edit anything...AGAIN, people are checking our website for our registries and I can not update them!!!! So frustrating.

    I emailed this morning and was told they were working on. My Save the Dates hit mailboxes yesterday and today - awful that they led to a site that doesn't work.

    I'm having the same issue :'( I've had people on my guest list calling me all morning to tell me the site that's on the invites that everyone got yesterday doesn't work!

    Hi Everyone,

    Again, so sorry about these issues. I've received word from tech that they're trying to resolve this issue by Thursday at the latest. This is a top priority for them, and they are trying to do their best to resolve it sooner.

    I'll update you as I hear anything else.

    Woke up this morning and my site appears to be functioning again. Thank you to the IT team!

    I can't even find my site any longer to edit it... I click on my website and it just brings me to the builder.  Any ways around this?
