In regards to the OP, I had a girl stop being my friend solely because I got engaged. She was a work friend, and I thought we had hit it off. She kept making comments to me, though, that she was single and found it annoying that other people are in relationships, which seemed odd. 

Right after I got engaged, word started to spread around my office. This girl came stomping over to my desk and snapped, "You're engaged?!" 

I said, "Yeah!" all excited. 

She literally stomped her foot and said, "Are you fucking kidding me? Why? Jesus everyone is either engaged or fucking married!" And then she walked away. Never said a single word to me again. Ever.

Society should punish people who can't keep their personal baggage to themselves. Her loneliness doesn't get to manifest in the form of FREAKOUT AT WORK! (So inappropriate!)

Yea, it was snarky. I guess I didn't feel the need to be all warm and fuzzy to the OP considering she call us all bitches in another thread and as already GBCK-ed once.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo you remember when a complete stranger says something on an internet forum but you think it's weird to remember which friends are more active on your facebook page?
