I recently wrote a yelp review of my experience here, which was not favorable because they don't allow you to pick out dresses or even walk around the room to look at the selection (and i wasted my 1.5 hours there because my consultant pulled 75% of what i tried on at other stores and didn't like. the other 25% were way off the mark and i didn't even try them on). magically it disappeared from their yelp page. I updated it, again nothing. I asked my mom to leave a review similar to mine just to see what happens - and again, it's not there.

However someone left a glowing review just a few days later and that is front and center! 

needed to rant about this somewhere!!!!

Thanks for this! I was going to go there within the next few weeks but now I'll save myself the 45 minute drive.

That's surprising.  I've heard nothing but good things about them.  I'm not sure about them not letting you walk around to pick dresses, each boutique might have different "rules" regarding that.

I bought my dress from them (waiting for it to come in soon) and I've had no issues with them so far! They let me walk around a little my first appointment and pick dresses, although i found that to be very overwhelming. Several people recently married highly recommended the store to me and so far I'm having a good experience. Sorry to hear that you didn't experience the same.

I had a wonderful experience there. I was able to walk around, pick out dresses, and spent over 2 hours with my consultant the first time. I went back a few weeks later, tried on more dresses, and bought my dress there that day.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Like @MnM4ever3 and @annenj had commented, I also have had great experiences so far. My consultant picked a few dresses based on what I told her I liked but also let me pull some of my own. The dress I ended up choosing was actually on a mannequin that I saw while looking around. Sorry again for the bad experience.
