the Knot update...

I'm really frustrated. I put time and energy into my Knot's profile, and now with the new update - POOF! it's practically inaccessible! The Budgeter... what happened to the details, payments, due dates that I input? The Guest List manager.... unable to export the "old" info - yes, I reached out for assistance, and was given a link to visit, with steps of uploading this template, to export to that web site... when I followed the steps, only four names were reported to export... but didn't show up! I ended up re-typing my own list! Is anyone else having issues with the "old" Knot versus the updated? I was estatic and pleased with the Knot's layout at the beginning, my creating an updated version has frustrated me beyond...

Re: the Knot update...

  • I can't scroll down in the forums with this new update. I use an iPad most of the time on here. Computers may have a different result. But, I can't scroll past the gray "follow us on..." bar. It won't show many any boards, comments, or the comment box if they fall below that part on a screen.
  • I am not able to access any of my personal items. The checklist, the Guestlist, budget, ets.
