I'm getting married at the Shadowbrook in May.  They recently got new owners.  Has anyone had their wedding there in the past two months?  Just wondering how it was since new ownership.  I'm freaking out..just a little.

    The new owners are the same ones as Seasons (where I'm getting married!) and the Venetian which both have great reputations, so hopefully that eases your fears a little!

    I got married at the Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury back in May.  I have to say that overall our wedding was great, but the venue itself seems to be in the transitioning phase since the new owners and they have a lot of areas that need to be ironed out.  First is either firing some of their employees for lack of respect toward the guests of honor and their guests or sending them to a class on proper ways to treat people.  I would recommend that anyone wanting to have have their wedding at Shadowbrook wait a couple of years until they transition.
