XP from NEY: Featured on a wedding blog!

Fifth Anniversary 500 Love Its 1000 Comments Name Dropper

My photographer emailed me this morning to let me know that our wedding was being featured on a blog.  She had mentioned awhile ago that she was submitting it to a few places so that is pretty cool!  I'm cringing a bit on some of the editing but what can you do.

    WOW! I love the mountain setting and also the colors in your bouquet - beautiful and unique color combination! Also the pictures on the boat were great. I'm curious, did you do those before or after the ceremony? If before, were you afraid something might happen to your dress? I'm just wondering cause our venue is on a pond with boats but I'm so klutzy and could see myself accidentally falling into the water or something... Either way, your pictures are amazing! 
    - The stars, like dust, encircle me in living mists of light. And all of space I seem to see in one vast burst of sight.

    We did those pictures after the ceremony. I kayak a lot so I can get in and out fine but add in a wedding dress and its a LOT harder haha. I had about 6 people helping with holding the dress or canoe for me. Getting out was worse but I was more concerned with the dozens of tourists watching me get out! My dress was really dirty by the end of the day anyway. Plus then I took it hiking (see sig pic) so I really didn't care!

    I wanted something different for my bouquet and did I ever get it!
