@eilis1228 - I agree that muting the orange and yellow might help; taking those colours more in line with the cooler grey as opposed to having them really vibrant would work better together. All I was saying is there's no reason why you can't have fall" colours, in the broad sense.

I don't feel like working, but this is some of what popped up on TK. Some of the colours might be a bit pink, but this is what I pictured when you said other fall colours

 

The last one is really vibrant, and would probably compete with the plum, but a splash of deep red would look awesome, and a nice dark antique red colour would probably work with your venue.

@eilis1228 - If it attaches, there were my flowers for my wedding.  The boys were in a dark charcoal, and my MOH was in lavender.  I have no idea if it helps or not.
MOH - Terracotta roses
H - Orange and red spray rose
Me - Sunflowers, Terracotta roses, orange roses, red spray roses

I didn't LOVE my bouquet, I wish I would have had like a lavender spray roses.

lmcooper86 Is there a model that is in between the old and modern? Then you would both get a little bit of the car you want.  Either way, a Rolls Royce is an awesome choice!

@lmcooper86 I'm really digging that second picture you posted. We could do more of a light orange instead of the pink and probably get a similar look. So many ideas!

@TwoDimes He did originally want gray and then switched to blue. I just kind of liked the fit of the one @eilis1228 posted. FI is super picky about the fit and jacket length. We ordered one from Asos and it will hopefully work out- I was just thinking of backup ideas, thanks though!

@CocoBellaF I attached two pics of what I picked up this weekend at the Loft and Ann Taylor outlets. I got three camis, two work tops, a casual top, an umbrella, and some striped casual pants. Loft also sent an email today with a flash sale, so I just ordered these two things:

@eilis1228 - Cute!!  They really have a distinct color palette right now.  I saw that they were having a flash sale, too, but I'm going to wait until it starts getting warmer and see what I'm still missing.  I love those striped pants and that polka dot shirt!!

@CocoBellaF Yes, they really do have a distinct palette right now. A lot of stuff washed me out because they're going for the muted-color look. There was some really cute stuff in normal sizes that I didn't see in the petite section too. I need more clothes like I need a hole in my head though, so it's definitely OK that I didn't go too crazy. I'm ready for more spring/summer looks and less sweaters too!
