The knot wants to give me a gift? Has this happened to YOU?

I got an email today from the knot and it said,

"

As a thank you for being a Knottie, The Knot has a wedding gift for you. Please make sure we have your correct married name and post-wedding address on file so we can send you your gift.

All fields required unless otherwise noted. Offer valid only for US residents."

Has anyone ever gotten this message? I want to make sure that before i reply that this is a legitimate offer. If you have gotten this offer and have recieved a gift from the knot what was it? I was wondering also why they would need my new last name after I marry? I am just trying make sure this is not a scam and has come from the knot.

I got that same message saying they were sending me 2 THE NEST magazines tho I never received anything ....

I HAVE been getting a lot of snail mail spam now though ... wonder if the two are related????

I did get the email but ignored it as I don't live in the US.

I filled it out and they wrote back again saying it was going to be 2 issues The Nest magazine.  I haven't recieved any yet that I know of, but I put my parents address since I didn't know what ours would be out here at the time.  I'm assuming if its like The Knot magazine though it doesn't come out every month (unless thats changed).
