Now that my wedding is over I'm thinking of having my dress altered to a tea length. I bought it at David's Bridal but they won't "change" the design of the dress, so I can't go back there for the alterations. Where would I start looking for someone to alter the dress? How would I make sure that I don't get someone that will totally mess it up! Any advice is appreciated! I live close to Austin, TX.
