    I have to eat kale at least a couple times a week. I have very low Iron and so I make that awesome smoothie that tastes like strawberries and peaches but has two cups of kale in it!
    I might need this receipt because my iron is always low and I need new ways to get Kale in beside the homemade Kale chips I am currently addicted too.

  • I generally don't consume refined sugar - soda, candy, etc. There are ALWAYS sweets being brought in to work, but somehow, I maintain the willpower never to indulge (I am proud of that).  

    I cut back on coffee (only 2 cups in the morning, tops), and I drink decaf green tea pretty much all afternoon. 

    I was raised in a family where dinner was not complete without a green vegetable, and that habit has stuck with me. We eat a lot of broccoli, kale, and brussels sprouts.

    I was being really good about running 3 miles 4x a week after work, until we got a puppy two weeks ago. FI works late, so I have to get home to keep the pup company. (I know, weak excuse.)

  • I drink a lot of water, try to avoid fried foods, limit junk in the house to limit what I can snack on mindlessly. I workout 6 days a week 3-4 running and 3 days workout at the gym. 

    We eat fruits and Veggies every day, with almost every meal. I try to have a meatless day at least once a week.

  • I eat a significant amount of fruits and vegetables to the point where the majority of my diet is plant-based. Lately I've been taking very long walks and live in a very walkable town so if I want to go out to eat or to a bar, I just walk. I'm hoping to make this a habit every day. Also, water and green tea are the only things I drink (except beer but that doesn't count :p). I just really dislike soda.
