Hulu Plus -- Scandal Season 4?

I'm completed the first three seasons of Scandal in a massive binge watch.  I *NEED* Season 4 and it isn't on Netflix.  

Can anyone tell me if Season 4 is on Hulu Plus?  Regular Hulu and ABC.com only has the most recent 5 episodes.

iTunes has the episodes but they are 2.99 EACH and I don't see a season pass option.

Alas, it is not. I know this because like you, I am a victim of discovering SCANDAL & binge-watching Seasons 1-3 on Netflix. I will sell my body & all of my belongings to anyone who can deliver me Season 4 from the first episode to the current one.
