Per the subject of my post, I'm having issues with scheduling my wedding ceremony and reception. I have a wedding scheduled for noon, which will likely run until 1-1:30 pm. The venue that I really want to schedule my reception at cannot allow people to enter until 4 pm. The reception hall is a garden center, and it's a 15-20 min walk from the chapel, if people choose to walk. Also, it being a garden center, they have these historic gardens that people could walk through, should they feel so inclined. I was wondering if this is too large of a time gap between the wedding and ceremony (potentially 2.5 hours!). I know that pictures can take an hour or so after the wedding, but I don't anticipate our guests really being involved in that. Thanks for your advice!
