Large Venues HELP!

edited April 2015 in Texas-Houston
Hi everyone!

I am searching for a venue in Houston that would be large enough for 250 people but that's on the inexpensive side. I know it might be impossible to find but we've cut down our list significantly (large family) and it seems like we're going to have to spend $30,000 everywhere I look. We are open to any suggestions, ideas, etc.
Thank ya'll so much!

Re: Large Venues HELP!

  • Try VIP by Lafontaine. I went to a wedding there and they had around 500 guests. I will tell you it's not very grand on the outside but beautiful on the inside!
  • I posted on your other thread but will repeat here:

We are booked with Ashelynn manor in Magnolia.

    They have many
options for the ceremony including a chapel and outdoor options. The
reception space is kinda barn type structure and you bring your own
    liquor.

As far as size they say up to 275 or 300. I am doing 225.

As for you budget I do not know if that 30k is just for food/drinks/space or if you are trying to do your whole wedding on 30k. More detail would be needed.
