How do I change the layout of my wedding website?

Hi all!

I have been trying to work on my wedding website, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the layout. I noticed my FSIL's website has a different style/layout than mine, but I don't know how to alter the layout. Is there an easy way to do so?
