Looking for Venue in Central NJ

We are having a ceremony with 150 guests, but only have a budget of $10,000 for food, venue, and DJ (this excludes alcohol, as that is being gifted by my fiance's parents).  We live in central NJ, near New Brunswick.

We are not fancy people, and simple is best.  The date will be June 25, 2016.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  We had been trying to do this in a big backyard, but...it's just too much to coordinate.

How much is your fiancé's family willing to pay for the alcohol? Most venues have a flat price package which includes venue, food, & alcohol. Assume DJ costs $2000 (although I am sure you can find both lower & higher). That leaves $8000 for 150 people from you/ your FI = about $53 pp. You need to find out how much your FI's parents will give you for the alcohol to determine your total budget pp.
