I am looking for large private estate with outdoor space for ceremony and reception. I've already looked up the typical ones that come up if you google it. I was hoping someone knows of one that is not widely publicized? Thank you!

Have you looked at Dover Hall in Manakin-Sabot? Or, depending on your budget (think low-er 5 figures for venue), I know of a beautiful, exclusive, private estate just outside Charlottesville that just became available to the right situation.

Is there any part of Virginia you are looking in particular? Hermitage Hill Farm is gorgeous and hosts weddings.
