link formatting help

On my website, when I put in a link, there's no visual indication that it's a link--no underline, no different color, nothing. So I've been putting them in bold and italics, but sometimes that just...doesn't work. It shows up as bold and italic in the editor, but not on the site. I have one post with multiple links, and the formatting is working for 2/3. What's up?

    Hi there!

In the section you're editing, do you see a Link button? (I've attached a picture of it below.) If so, click that button, then Insert Link, and paste the link into the URL section.

If that doesn't work, please let me know. Thank you!

  • I'm having the same issue. I've added a number of links using the link button, and although the links are working properly, the text that is linked is in regular formatting, and I am unable to make it bold, colored, underlined, etc.

I've tried contacting the support email address twice in the past 45 days, and have not heard back. Please help!
