I missed you guys!

I took a bit of an unwanted hiatus from here. My Bachelorrette party/bridal shower was last weekend so I was busy with that, and then my internet at work refused to work ALL of last week! The weirdest thing was that it only crashed when I tried to get on TK, or a couple of news sites. I did spend the first half of the week recovering from the weekend, and doing a TON of wedding stuff though, so I was pretty busy with all that. Oh yea, and working lol.

My Bachelorette was a BLAST I had so much fun with my girls. FI's bachelor party was the weekend before, and he also had a blast. Some "highlights" from our trips:

 - FI's cousins GF broke up with him because he was going to the bachelor party. She said it was "disrespectful" to her that he was going. His cousin basically said "Family first, PEACE OUT" and went on the trip.

- One of FI's best men fell off an ATV into a ditch and broke his foot at the bachelor party. He is now in a cast for the next 3 months and will most likely be in crutches at the wedding. We feel terrible for him. He feels that he is going to ruin our pictures, and that is the last thing we are thinking of!

 - My cousin is the loudest snorer on earth. The first night at the bachelorette party she snored me awake (she, MOH, and I ended up sharing a bed), and I retreated to the couch downstairs, closely followed by MOH. She felt terrible for making us move lol.

 - One of my girls ended up getting a tick. Luckily, it was not engorged, and we were able to get it out, and she is okay. 

My bridal shower was wonderful, too. It was held at a Mexican restaurant in the village called Agave, and it was a 2 hour bottomless brunch with mimosas and margaritas. The girls even got a bunch of cactus plants to decorate the room in! I was honestly so touched that they planned the perfect shower for me, it was right up my alley. Everyone had a fabulous time!

Enough about me, what's up with everyone? I cannot believe our wedding is in less than 2 weeks, AHHHHHH! All you soon to be brides, how ya doing? And the rest of you ladies?

I can always have a bottomless margarita lunch That might be the only thing that will keep me sane this week and a half  lol

That is so weird about the ATV accident because I was watching a reality show yesterday where the bride's bachelorette party was in Vegas and she told FI on the phone that they were going to ride ATV's in the desert. He told her it wasn't a good idea since she could get hurt so soon before the wedding. She did it anyways and flipped over and broke her leg! It was just weird that I saw that episode yesterday and then something so similar happened to you guys! Hope his recovery/ healing goes well.

That's crazy!! This was his first time on an ATV, and FI said that these particular tour guides were pretty horrible. I have been on ATV's numerous times, and never came close to having any sort of accident, so I was surprised to hear that this happened. I even asked FI if they were drunk or something and he said no, it was early in the morning.

 So far his healing is going well, but they still don't know if he will require surgery, they need to wait for it to heal more. I really hope he doesn't require surgery, and that he recovers.

Nowhere near as bad, but one of my BMs twisted her ankle the morning of our wedding. She didn't need crutches or anything. She just hobbled down the aisle (luckily I had my BM both enter and exit with the GMs, so she got to have some support). Personally, I think a guy in crutches in your wedding photos will make for a good story!

Haha, that's what I said! Plus, he showed me a pic of his cast and it is close to Cobalt  blue, which is one of our colors! So his Cast will match the bridesmaid dresses and their ties lol.
