hey! this is the first time i'm posting on here:-) i was on the local boards for long island, ny - where i got married, but i'm from south fla. i got married on june 27th and i'm so glad there's a wedding recap/w/drawl board. i'm finally getting over my wed. w/drawl..LOL
Anyway, wanted to share with you girls - - i wanted to get my gown preserved and i know from checking it out, it can get very costly - like 300+. i actually ended up getting it preserved through david's bridal for $99. my dress wasn't from DB, but it's fine. it was a pretty much DIY kit, which was so easy to do. the reviews were great about it. it was online for 189, but had a 90 off coupon that day. i called the DB where i got my BM dresses, (which were gorgeous jersey knit dresses!) and they honored the 99 price and told me all about it. i can't wait to get the dress back all boxed up and pretty. just wanted to share with you girls if you are thinking of doing this and want to save some $!
