Honeymoon in Branson, Missouri

We are getting married in October and have decided on Branson as the place we want to go on our honeymoon. I was wanting to know is there anyone who can make suggestions on things to do there, we will be staying there a week and my parents have a condo that they are letting us stay in so that we are not going to have the expense of hotel stay. Like I said does anyone know of any cool unique ideas that we could look up!

I grew up really close to Branson and we went there for family vacations all the time.

There is an amusement park there called Silver Dollar City...they are constantly adding to it and its a pretty fun place!

There are several theaters there with some great shows.  A lot of the variety shows have closed up now, but there's still some great ones...Dixie Stampede, Soji Tabuchi (great violinist!), Sight and Sound theatre...

There are a lot of caves to visit.  One is at Silver Dollar City that I mentioned.  Another is called Talking Rocks Cavern.

There are several lakes to do some water sports.

There used to be a butterfly garden...not sure if its still there or not...

There's a Ripley's Believe It or Not there if you are into that kind of thing.  Its pretty cool.

There's a showboat/dinner cruise on the Branson Belle.  

They have those duck tours there...where you get on a bus, gives you a tour around the city, then it turns into a boat and you go out on the lake.

Thats all I can think of right now.  There are a lot of great restaurants in town, too.

My husband is from there.  I've never been, but he always talks about taking me to Silver 
Dollar City. He says it's kind of an amusement park and it's super fun.
